3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
  • Payments must be completed using approved payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external factors.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and essential oils, products once opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Damaged products during transit
    • Incorrect items received
  • Requests for returns/replacements must be made within 12 hours of delivery with valid proof (unboxing video/photos).
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All brand names, trademarks, logos, designs, packaging, and content under Heart’s Desire are the intellectual property of Indumaa Premium Ventures Private Limited.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Perfumes and essential oils should be used as directed. The Company is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
