Orders are usually processed within 24 Hours after confirmation of payment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
- We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities (India): 1 day
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 2 business days
- Remote Areas: 3 business days
- International shipping may take 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on selected orders.
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Tracking Orders
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via email/SMS.
- Customers can track their orders online until delivery.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
- While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- In case of incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
- If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- In case you accept the delivery, please share photos/videos of the unboxing within 24 hours to be eligible for replacement or refund.
