At Heart’s Desire, a brand owned by Indumaa Premium Ventures Private Limited, we strive to deliver premium quality perfumes and essential oils. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our error.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance.
  • Delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be raised within 12 hours of product delivery.
  • Customers must provide valid proof (unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging).

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

5. Replacements 

Instead of a refund, you may choose to request a replacement product, subject to stock availability.
